At DoDere Narzary, every piece is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders once they have been delivered.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

• Size issue

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product received

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear photos/videos of the product

• Reason for exchange

Exchange Conditions

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Products that show signs of use, perfume, stains, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

• Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit may be provided at our discretion.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Sale or discounted product

Shipping for Exchanges

Customers may be required to bear the shipping cost for exchange requests unless the wrong or damaged item was sent by us.
